GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas --

Col. Ricky Mills, 17th Training Wing commander, was joined by military members and San Angelo civic leaders for the ribbon cutting of the International Student Center on Goodfellow Air Force Base, Nov. 21.

Brenda Gunter’s, San Angelo mayor, attendance was a sign of the local commitment that made the completion of the International Intelligence Training Center possible. The project took three years and cost $3 million dollars towards the remodeling and equipment for the classrooms.
