Sheppard AFB has first AoP event

Senior Master Sgt. Eric Dassinger, center, 82nd Training Wing Training Operations superintendent, talks about the Airmen in Training assignment process at the Art of the Possible event at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas, Dec. 9, 2020. A multifunctional team representing multiple organizations on base met with the focus of improving the Airmen in Training assignment process by using AoP concepts, which encourages innovation and creativity by using a constraints-based management system. The team’s work will result in a standardized assignment process among the wing’s six training squadrons that gets new technical training graduates to their first duty assignment quicker.
