Heather Pringle, commander of the 502nd Air Base Wing and Joint Base San Antonio, Mr. Vasken Khabayan Acting Consul General of Canada in Dallas, and Mr. Scott Thomas, Branch Director, FEMA Response to Hurricane Harvey in Texas, discuss Canada’s contributions to the Hurricane Harvey relief efforts Sept. 3, 2017. A Royal Canadian Air Force CC-130J Hercules from 8 Wing Trenton, Ontario arrived at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland Kelly Field with supplies that included pediatric necessities like baby formula, blankets, cribs and other similar items destined to areas affected by Hurricane Harvey.
