Rebecca Kretzer recorded perfect scores in the aircraft maintenance officer course here at Sheppard Air Force Base, earning the distinction of being an ace student. The 363rd Training Squadron’s aircraft maintenance officer course is 67 academic days of seven blocks of instruction that covers 109 course objectives. Students learn to direct aircraft maintenance operations and repair activities; manage quality assurance through training, budget and resource management; formulate maintenance plans and conduct periodic inspections; and manage overall maintenance activities for working and disabled aircraft. "She was instrumental in helping the class achieve a 95% pass rate by orchestrating multiple study sessions and constantly contributing in the guided discussions. Kretzer was always eager to ask for clarification to ensure the course material was well understood by her and her peers. Her drive and motivation endured throughout 109 course objectives, six graded progress checks and seven block exams where she earned a phenomenal 100% perfect score, earning her the ACE award for the aircraft maintenance officer course, class 190722."
