What is the Faculty Qualification Tracking Tool?

The Faculty Qualification Tracking Tool is a capability in use today developed by HQ AETC on the cloud-based Envision platform to track instructor qualifications supporting over 600 users across 24 units in the Air Force and Space Force.  This tool was developed to fill the capability gap created by the decommissioning of STARS-FD on 1 October, 2022.  FQTT is available at no cost to all Department of the Air Force organizations.  Email aetc.a3bl.workflow@us.af.mil if interested in obtaining access to FQTT.

   Functional Lead

The FD Registrar is the Functional Lead for a DAF-wide faculty qualification tracking capability responsible for collecting and consolidating requirements in partnership with DAF personnel.  We advocate for funding and manage requirements to ensure the capability meets DAF users’ operational needs.

   Way Ahead

We are partnering with AETC Computer Systems Squadron to develop new capabilities within FQTT as well as manage accounts, PII access, roles,  and permissions.
