commander's bulletin:

Hello Air Education and Training Command,

I have interrupted "breaking paradigms," to address the topic of developing world class warriors.  This is our purpose here in AETC, and I want to ensure we do it very well.

I ask you to reflect on the words you use and the way you talk to others in delivering education and training. We want our Airmen to feel respected, connected and protected so they can get the mission done.  By focusing on our students and making them the hero of their own story, they will become part of a lethal team ready to deliver 21st Century Airpower for our nation when and where it is needed.

Thank you for all you do!

V/r,

Lt Gen Kwast
