/////// How to resolve myLearning Trouble Tickets //////
Please do NOT call the AETC Public Affairs Office or the AFPC Total Force Service Center phone lines for myLearning trouble ticket support. They do NOT work myLearning issues and tickets.
Currently, there are two ways to reach the AETC AIS Service Desk (AASD) for myLearning assistance:
1. Submit a Ticket in the myLearning system. ** Please submit “only one” ticket; not duplicates for the same issue. Screenshots and details of the issue will help the AASD provide a timely and inclusive resolution**
2. Send an E-mail to: AETC.SCOH.ASDHelpdesk@us.af.mil & aetc.mylearning.support@us.af.mil
