Earning Criteria

  • eXtreme Programming Product Manager - Silver
  • Complete two years as an eXtreme Programming Product Manager.
  • Provide a portfolio of products managed, to include the product name, problem statement/solution description, and stage of development, verified by team lead or equivalent.
  • Complete a pre-product research phase (e.g. Discovery and Framing) where product risks, stakeholder goals/antigoals, and success metrics are identified; the problem space has been explored and a singular problem has been selected to be addressed; and a solution brainstorming has been conducted and a Minimum Viable Product has been determined.

  • Complete the eXtreme Programming Product Manager - Gold checklist.
