Special Warfare Training Wing strengthens inclusion

U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. James “Jim” Slife (near center), Air Force Special Operations Command commander, and Maj. Gen. Michele Edmondson (far center), 2nd Air Force commander, observe open-bay mixed-sex facilities at the Special Warfare Candidate Course where male and female trainees bunk together at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, Aug. 19, 2022. Modified mixed-sex facilities were built at the Special Warfare Training Wing to ensure appropriate levels of privacy for mixed-sex cohorts of trainees and to bolster diversity, inclusion and integration.
