Luke shares black history through children's literature
A military child creates art after a Black History Month story-time event at the base library, Feb. 21, 2024, at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. After reading “Kenya’s Art” by Lisa Trice, the children created their own art with help from their parents and BHM volunteers. Events like this contribute to advancing quality of life for Airmen and their families through increasing education and inclusivity for service members’ spouses and children.
