JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-RANDOLPH, Texas -- As part of the effort to better develop the Airmen required to support the Air Force we need, Air Education and Training Command will hold the first-ever Force Development Summit here December 16-17, 2019.

Hosted by the AETC/A3K division on behalf of Lt. Gen. Brad Webb, commander of AETC, the goal of the summit is to provide a forum for representatives from around the Air Force charged with the mission of developing the “Airmen We Need” in support of our National Defense Strategy.

Subject matter experts from Headquarters Air Force, all the major commands, and all AETC Directorates, will share their current Force Development efforts and challenges. By gathering these organizations together, the summit will aid efforts to synchronize and synergize Force Development efforts across the Air Force, to bolster and share the best ideas being worked on.
