FORT BRAGG, N.C. -- Air Force Tech. Sgt. Wendell Snider, Team Paktia civil engineer, assists Air Force Capt. Lloyd Mangaroo Jr. in adjusting his individual body armor. Captain Mangaroo, civil engineer, deployed from Yokota Air Base, Japan, and Sergeant Snider deployed from Naval Construction Training Center, Gulfport, Miss. Making up two of the three-member CE team, they will interface with local construction elements in Paktia to build facilities and infrastructure needed in the province as determined by the governor of that province and other coordinating agencies.
