Joint Base San Antonio participates in Fiesta 2014

Air Force Gen. Robin Rand, Air Education Training and Command commander, participates in laying a floral tribute at the Monument for the Battle of Hill 881 South (with James Fenimore, Alamo Chapter 366 Vietnam Veterans of America commissioner, and Jack Hebdon, Fiesta San Antonio Commission president) during the Fiesta 2014 All Veterans Memorial Service Floral Tribute Procession in Veterans Square, San Antonio. Since 1891, Fiesta events observe the heroes of the Alamo and the Battle of San Jacinto. The Chapter 366 Vietnam Veterans’ memorial service honors U.S. military members, past and present, for their dedicated service. All who participated in the floral tribute procession had an opportunity to donate a floral offering during the ceremony. (U.S. Air Force photo by Johnny Saldivar)
