Col. Bradly Glenn serves as the senior full-time Air National Guard Advisor to the Commander, Headquarters Air Education and Training Command, Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas. As a Guard advisor, he assists on all matters relating to ANG policies, programs, and requirements. He serves as a representative and liaison between AETC, State headquarters, and the ANG for five AETC-gained wings, four Field Training Detachments, ANG equities in Air University, and all ANG technical training within AETC. In addition, he provides assistance to the National Guard Bureau and AETC regarding all guard inspections, training review boards, force development, and total force initiatives within AETC.
Colonel Glenn was commissioned in 1995 through the United States Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Colorado. He earned his wings at Vance Air Force Base, Oklahoma and attended F-16 RTU at Luke AFB, Arizona. He has performed the duties of an F-16 Instructor pilot, Evaluation pilot, Chief of Scheduling, Flight Commander, Assistant Director of Operations, Chief of Training, and Director of Operations. Colonel Glenn was assigned to the 64th Aggressor Squadron for Red Flag and other training exercises at Nellis AFB, Nevada. Following these assignments, Colonel Glenn was F-16 Assignment Chief at Air Force Personnel Center and then separated from active duty in 2008 to join the Texas Air National Guard. Colonel Glenn served as Commander, 182nd Fighter Squadron/149th Operations Group at JBSA-Lackland, Texas. Prior to this assignment, he was ANG Advisor to the Director of Intelligence, Operations and Nuclear Integration and 19th Air Force, Headquarters Air Education and Training Command.
Colonel Glenn has combat time in support of combat operations in Southern Watch and is a Command Pilot with over 2,700 hours in fighter aircraft.
