Ten members from the 381st Training Group were selected to attend the Air Education and Training Command’s advance nuclear program, here.

The selectees will be attending top-tier training programs from some of the finest schools in the world, all while earning advanced degrees.

“AETC requested Airmen involved in nuclear programs across the country, “said 2nd Lt. Amanda Allen, 532nd Training Squadron executive officer. “We are able to get some of our people into this distance learning program. Selectees get to advocate for the nuclear enterprise in a new perspective that maybe these schools normally don’t get.”

Selectees are given the opportunity to attend universities such as Stanford and Harvard to pursue their master’s or doctoral degree.

“I’m excited and honored to be selected to go to Harvard,” said Capt. Garret Glover, 381st Training Support Squadron student development flight commander. “I enjoy being a part of the nuclear enterprise and being a part of the process.
