Instructor comment:   "Achieving this awards is a result of SrA Hernandez’s hard work and diligence during his stay here at Sheppard Air Force Base. SrA Hernandez’s unwavering focus to his studies has undoubtedly set the standard high for his peers and for those Airmen who are to follow at the 363d Training Squadron. Aside from being flawless academically, another thing that set SrA Hernandez apart from his peers was his selflessness and leadership ability.  His leadership and job performance demonstrated the Air Force’s core values of Integrity First, Service before Self, and Excellence in all we do. There is no doubt he will continue to embrace the values of the Air Force at his gaining base, Homestead AFB, Florida, and that he will set the standard high for those who surround him." -Tech. Sgt.
