Another AETC base adopts the AF Connect app

KEESLER AIR FORCE BASE, Miss. --  

On August 30, Keesler Air Force Base will complete the transition to the Air Force Connect app from the Keesler AFB app.

The new app allows users to not only have access to base specific information, but other features as well.

After downloading the app, members can add their unit as a “Favorite” to access local content. This allows members to download one app instead of downloading multiple apps from different home-stations or temporary duty stations.

After the transition, the Keesler AFB app will be deleted.

The Air Force Connect app contains all the features from the Keesler AFB app, and more.

The new features include:

  1. Access to physical training calculator
  2. Access to Air Force Instructions
  3. App notification can include links
  4. Air Force news and more
  5. Planned to be CAC enabled
