Brad Webb, commander of Air Education and Training Command, hosts the third episode of Real Talk: Race and Diversity in the Air Force, Oct. 2 at 5 p.m. on AETC’s Facebook page. With Webb for this episode will be: Chief Master Sgt. Natasha Williams, Superintendent of the 59th Medical Logistics Readiness Squadron; and Senior Master Sgt. Sapphire Morgan, First Sergeant of the Air Force Personnel Center. During the Aug. 28 Real Talk, Webb said, “This isn’t diversity for diversity’s sake. It isn’t about political correctness. This is about people that have different life experiences that come at solving problems from different angles and our service is better because of that.
