AETC announces 2009 Robert J. Collier award nominee Published March 17, 2009 RANDOLPH AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Air Education and Training Command officials announced in January the 310th Fighter Squadron, Luke Air Force Base, Ariz., as the command's nominee for the 2009 Robert J. Collier award. The National Aeronautic Association presents the award annually, recognizing the greatest achievement in aeronautics or astronautics in America to improve performance, efficiency or safety of air or space vehicles. The unit will compete in the next level of competition.
