AETC announces 2008 chaplain corps award winners Published Feb. 13, 2009 RANDOLPH AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Air Education and Training Command officials recently announced the 2008 Chaplain Corps Annual Awards winners, recognizing the command's top chaplain corps performers and programs.
