2007 Harmon Award for the Outstanding Reserve Judge Advocate -- Lt. Col. William Bunch, 173 FW/JA, Klamath Falls, Ore.

2007 Kuhfeld Award for Outstanding Judge Advocate -- Maj. Matthew Mulbarger, AFOATS/JA, Maxwell AFB, Ala.

2007 Yates-Popwell Award for Outstanding Paralegal Senior NCO -- Master Sgt. Christopher Hernandez, 17 TRW/JA, Goodfellow AFB, Texas

2007 Swigonski Award for Outstanding Paralegal Airman -- Tech. Sgt. Sharon Reeder, 37 TRW/JA, Lackland AFB, Texas

2007 Westbrook Award for Oustanding Reserve Paralegal -- Tech. Sgt. Sherrie Eden, 56 FW/JA, Luke AFB, Ariz.

2007 Wrightson Award for Outstanding Civilian Attorney -- Richard Brock, 81 TRW/JA, Keesler AFB, Miss.

2007 Vague Award for Outstanding Legal Service Civilian -- Timothy Wommack, 19 AF/JA, Randolph AFB, Texas

The winners will now compete at the Air Force-level competition.
