AETC nominee for the 2007 Ten Outstanding Young Americans Award Published May 22, 2007 RANDOLPH AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Air Education and Training Command is pleased to announce Brandon S. Hayden, AETC/A1, Randolph AFB, Texas, as the AETC nominee for the 2007 Ten Outstanding Young Americans Award. As both an Individual Mobilization Augmentee and a civil servant, for the Directorate of Manpower and Personnel, Mr. Hayden directly supports and services 13 Air Education and Training Command bases, 146 Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps detachments, the Air Force Recruiting Service, and more than 84,000 active duty and civil servants. Implementation of important Air Force accession policy instruction changes suggested and championed by Mr. Hayden resulted in expected annual savings of more than $6.3 million Air Force-wide not including pay cost savings.
