AF recognizes two AETC PA civilians Published May 10, 2007 RANDOLPH AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Two public affairs civilians from Air Education and Training Command were recognized this week as the best in the Air Force in their respective categories. Lynis Cox was named the Outstanding PA Intermediate Grade Civilian of 2006 -- wing level. Mrs. Cox is the deputy chief for the Air University public affairs office at Maxwell AFB, Ala. Catherine Jung was named the Outstanding PA Entry Level Civilian of 2006 -- wing level. Ms. Jung is the chief of media relations for Air Force Recruiting Service public affairs at Randolph AFB, Texas. "I'm very proud of Lynis, Catherine, and all of our nominees for their terrific work communicating the great things AETC does every day to develop America's Airmen today, for tomorrow," said Lt. Col. William Nichols, director of public affairs for AETC. "Their recognition as best in the Air Force highlights the outstanding professional communicators we have in AETC who consistently tell our story. Congratulations on a job well-done!"
