19th Airlift Wing priority portrayed and why?

As the 314th Maintenance Group’s operations training development and instructor NCOIC, Carter instructs CPR, supplements the 19th Medical Group as a full-time Tactical Combat Casualty Care certified instructor and facilitates Virtual Reality maintenance training.

Additionally, Carter recently developed and led TLRs first ever "Stand Up for Children" Child Abuse Awareness Fair at the Walters Community Center. His efforts were showcased as he personally invested over 220 hours, led 40 volunteers in the setup of 12 game stations and synced base and local resources that provided vital information, education and reporting avenues for over 200 children in attendance.

Carter also proudly welcomes new Airmen to TLR through teaching Suicide, Awareness and Prevention training at FTAC classes. He has started holding local Thursday night "jam sessions" for Airmen during off-duty hours, where he fosters an environment of openness, inclusiveness and fellowship.
