19th Airlift Wing priority portrayed and why?

Burrows collaborated with the 19th Security Forces Squadron to devise a team building event hosted at the Jacksonville Police Department. The exercise involved team room clearing techniques and close-quarters combat tactics, boosting esprit de corps and trust between 19 field training instructors.

Additionally, Burrows revamped the unit’s Safety Management program. His leadership enhanced safety procedures, raising awareness and compliance for 36 instructors.

Finally, he led a four-member team, aiding in clean-up after a storm. Dedicating time and tools, they cleared fallen trees from homes, ensuring the safety of those affected. His honorable efforts bolstered the relationship between the Air Force and local community.
