14th Flying Training Wing

Col. Justin Grieve, 14th Flying Training Wing commander, Col. Jonathan Cato, 14th Flying Training Wing deputy commander, Col. Pedro Matos, 14th Mission Support Group commander, and Chief MSgt. Todd Rosenzweig, 14th Flying Training Wing command chief joined the 14th Civil Engineering Squadron Fire Department Spartans and Sparky the fire dog mascot to kick off Fire prevention week with the traditional signing of the proclamation and tackling of the blaze on October 10, 2023.

Sparky the fire dog mascot and the Columbus AFB Fire Department Spartans will make several scheduled visits to location around the installation to spread awareness of fire prevention and Fire & Emergency Services. For a full listing of the planned activities and locations, click here.
