T-6 Texas II Lands With Landing Gear Retracted

A T-6 Texan II aircraft landed with its nose landing gear retracted at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas, at approximately 4:40 p.m. local time today.

The aircrew safely egressed the aircraft following the landing. Medical personnel will assess the aircrew as a precaution.

Emergency response personnel responded to the incident, and the Air Force will assess the aircraft and determine the circumstances surrounding the landing.

The 12th Flying Training Wing will provide additional information as it becomes available.
