ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- Col. Anthony B. Krawietz, 97th Air Mobility Wing commander, salutes the members of Altus AFB during the review of troops as part of the 97th AMW change of command ceremony at Wings of Freedom Park, June 27. It is customary for the senior officer to review the Airmen, but Gen. Edward A. Rice Jr., commander of Air Education and Training Command, deferred the honor to Krawietz.
