Staff Sgt. Kenneth Frazer, 362nd Training Squadron KC-135 aircraft maintenance course graduate, assigned to the 157th Air Refueling Wing at Pease Air National Guard Base, New Hampshire, received the highest academic honor a student can achieve March 30. Sergeant Frazer received an "ACE” award for exceptional performance by maintaining a perfect 100-percent average through six blocks of instruction consisting of heavy aircraft fundamentals, airframe, electrical, utility systems, hydraulics, landing gear, flight controls, engines, inspections and fuel systems.
