Swimming to shore
A competitor in the 2007 SERE Challenge approaches the shore after a 300 meter swim through frigid water in the Colville National Forest in Washington. The SERE Challenge was open to members of the Guardian Angel weapons system: Survival, Evasion, Resistance, Escape specialists; Pararescuemen; and Combat Rescue Officers.
