2/15/2009 - A Boeing KC-135 is towed along Military Drive Feb. 15. The aircraft, once part of Project Speckled Trout, arrived at Lackland in June 2008 and was converted into a trainer for aircrew members, including refueling boom operators, loadmasters, flight attendants and airborne missions systems specialists.
