AETC Chaplain Conference explores how to connect with ‘Millennials’
Dr. Chap Clark, pastor, professor, and accomplished author, shared effective communication techniques with chaplains and chaplain assistants during a conference May 12-15 at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas. Forty-five chaplains and their assistants from around Air Education Training Command were provided some insights and tools from various religious groups to help them better relate with the Millennial generation and help them improve and gain a better understanding of how to communicate with today’s Airmen. Millenials, those born after 1980, make up a majority of the Air Force today. (U.S. Air Force photo by Johnny Saldivar)
