Lt. Col. Chad Hivnor uses a carbon dioxide fractional laser to help improve skin texture and flexibility on a wounded warrior's scarred shoulder in the Dermatology Clinic at Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas Aug. 7.
