19th Air Force experts transform flying training syllabi

Brenda S. Sizemore, Director of Business Operations for the 17th Contracting Squadron at Goodfellow Air Force Base, Texas, receives the 2017 Supervisory Civilian of the Year Award from Lt. Gen.
