368th TRS activated at Fort Leonard Wood

U.S. Air Force Col. Loren Graham, 782nd Training Group Commander , left, hands over the guidon for the 368th Training Squadron to Lt. Col. Josh Aldred during a unit activation and assumption of command ceremony on Fort Leonard Wood, Mo., Oct. 17, 2018. Detachment 1 of the 364th Training Squadron was deactivated during the ceremony to make way for the new squadron, whose lineage dates back to the 368th Bombardment Squadron during World War II. The new unit designation and command structure allows more flexibility for the commander as well as an increase in manpower to support training about 1,400 mission-ready civil engineering Airmen annually.
