Joshua Celis, Air Force Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Academy student, right, with the 2019 Secretary of the Air Force Leadership Award May 14, 2019, at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama. Celis distinguished himself as the most outstanding graduate of the 18-Charile SNCOA class of 1,759 students through professionalism, integrity and leadership ability. He mastered the Advanced Leadership Curriculum during the course, earning a 94.7 grade point average with an instructor rating of 96.5 percent. Celis also helped mentor 669 Company Grade Officers and teammates in leadership skills through academics, strategic study groups and real-world emergent leader events.
