363rd Training Squadron F-22 armament apprentice course students removes a gattling gun off an F-22 Raptor trainer at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas, Feb. 28, 2019. The students are learning to both remove and install the gun onto the F-22. Removing the gun would only happen if the gun is damaged and or in need of maintenance which is due every 18 months.
