Rosa Padin, 502nd Civil Engineer Squadron secretary, prepares Christmas ornaments, Nov. 20, 2019, at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas. Padin has volunteered to decorate all three trees of Joint Base San Antonio for the past four years. The trees are location on JBSA-Lackland, JBSA-Randolph, and JBSA-Fort Sam Houston. Along with making some of the decorations herself, Padin goes to each tree to coordinate where each decoration is positioned.
