Alternative fuels

An E85 ethanol fuel pump is available to refill government vehicles with the FlexFuel decal at the Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas, fuels station Dec. 5, 2019. Alternative fuel consumption was driven by an executive order issued in 2007 and the Energy Policy Act of 1992 and Randolph led the charge by converting to the alternative fuels E85 unleaded and B20 biodiesel.
