Randolph Library
The entrance way to the children’s area of the Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph Library, Texas, with new carpet and book bins Dec. 5, 2019. There will be new signage and nooks and crannies that will be quieter. “We’re just trying to improve service here and make people more comfortable,” said Diana Lisenbee, supervisory librarian.
