Gen. CQ Brown Jr., Pacific Air Forces commander, presents the Silver Star Medal certificate to Staff Sgt. Daniel Swensen, 58th Rescue Squadron pararescueman, in a ceremony at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada, Dec. 13, 2019.
