Sheppard AFB has first AoP event

Master Sgt. Carrie Fierro, center, 82nd Operational Medical Readiness Squadron Public Health flight chief, interacts during the Art of the Possible process event Dec. 9, 2020, at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas. A multifunctional team representing multiple organizations on base met with the focus of improving the Airmen in Training assignment process by using AoP concepts, which encourages innovation and creativity by using a constraints-based management system. The team’s work will result in a standardized assignment process among the wing’s six training squadrons that gets new technical training graduates to their first duty assignment quicker.
