A dead end sign marks the end of Phipps Road in Point Blank, Texas. U. S. Air Force Senior Master Sgt. Janice Presha, 97th Logistics Readiness Squadron material management flight superintendent grew up on Phipps Road that is named after her family who have lived in the area for generations.
