Col. Frank Orkisz takes command of German Air Force Tactical Training Command at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas, Jan. 26, 2022. Orkisz, who replaced Col. Werner Theisen, will command, supervise, manage, and advise all GAF flying training based in the United States as well as assist, liaise, and support GAF Exchange Officers/Non-commissioned Officer and NATO flying in Canada.
