Logistics Readiness Officer Course implements simulation technology
Capt. Katia Pillot, left, from the 725th Air Mobility Squadron at Moron Air Base, Spain, and Capt. Joseph Richard from the 22nd Logstics Readiness Squadron at McConnell Air Force Base, Kans., work through a cloud-based simulation to see how their humanitarian assistance and disaster relieft plan would work during a training session at Sheppard AFB, Texas, March 8, 2022. The new simulation tool in the Logistics Officer Readiness course in the 363rd Training Squadron provides a new level of critical thinking for military and civilian Airmen who will soon make the transition from a flight-level commander to director of operations for a unit.
