A C-130H2 Hercules from the Arkansas Air National Guard arrives at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas, May 2, 2022. The C-130 from Little Rock AFB was recently retired and will now continue its service as a ground instructional trainer for crew chief apprentice students in the 362nd Training Squadron here. Sheppard officials have made a concerted effort to modernize the GITA inventory so as to provide updated models for Airmen in Training and international partners participating in technical training.
