Former Kelly Air Force Base cleanup
Contractors excavate Building 98 at the former Kelly Air Force Base, Texas. The contract vehicle, BECOS, was designed by the Air Force Installation Contracting Center’s 772nd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron and the Base Realignment and Closure program managers at the Air Force Civil Engineer Center to overcome previous contract challenges as well as expedite the cleanup of hazardous contaminants at BRAC bases.
