Mitchell assumes command of UFT

Mitchell is now responsible for the overall success of the official flying training program of the Air Force Reserve, supporting the Air Force's total-force effort to select and train high-quality rated, flying officers and all pipeline students entering Basic Military Training and applicable follow-on courses required to become qualified Career Enlisted Aviators.
