Members assigned to the 312th Training Squadron prepare to begin the first obstacle of the combat challenge during the 11th Annual Blood, Sweat and Stairs event at the Louis F. Garland Department of Defense Fire Academy, Goodfellow Air Force Base, Texas, Sept. 9, 2023. Participants climbed up a five-story tower while holding a hose.
