Saving a Species: The Sonoran Pronghorn
A Sonoran pronghorn captured from the Cabeza Prieta National Wildlife Refuge breeding pen is placed into an Arizona Game and Fish Department trailer to be transported to the Barry M. Goldwater Range East during the annual capture and release, Dec. 12, 2023. A total of nine new pronghorn, seven bucks and two does, were released onto the Range in temporary holding pens.
